The short version: nothing you type into the invoice generator ever reaches us.
There are no accounts, no sign-up, no tracking and no cookies. Your invoices are built and stored inside your own browser. We could not see them even if we wanted to.
Who this notice is from
The invoice generator is provided by SajibUp (Sajib Sarker), a freelance graphic design practice based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. If you have a question about anything on this page, email info@sajibup.com.
What we collect
From the invoice generator itself: nothing. Not your name, not your email address, not your clients' details, not the amounts, not your logo. The tool runs entirely as code inside your browser. It never sends your invoice anywhere, and the page is configured with a browser security policy (connect-src 'none') that blocks it from making any network request at all — so this is enforced by your browser, not merely promised by us.
There is no account system, so there is nothing to sign up for and no password, email address or profile held anywhere.
What is stored on your own device
So that you do not lose work and can reuse past invoices, the tool saves the following in your browser's local storage. This is a private area of your own browser on your own computer or phone. It is not transmitted to us, to your network, or to anyone else.

Clearing your browser's site data for sajibup.com removes all of it at once. Using a private or incognito window means nothing is kept after you close it.
Because this is browser storage, it is not a backup. Clearing your browsing data, switching browsers, or using a different device will lose it. If your invoices matter to you, use Export backup in History and keep the file somewhere safe. That file is yours alone — it is created and saved by your browser, and no copy of it comes to us.
Cookies and tracking
The invoice generator sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no session recording, and no third-party script that watches what you do. We do not know how many invoices you make or what is on them.
Your browser will request one file from a third party when the page loads: the typefaces (Inter and Manrope) come from Google Fonts. Google receives the ordinary information any web request carries, including your IP address, and states that it does not use it to build advertising profiles. Nothing about your invoice is included in that request. If you would prefer even this not to happen, a browser extension that blocks third-party requests will stop it, and the page will simply use your system typeface instead.
Your web server logs
Like every website, the server hosting sajibup.com keeps standard access logs recording the pages requested, IP addresses, timestamps and browser user-agent strings. These are generated by the hosting provider (Hostinger) for security and troubleshooting, are retained for a short period, and contain no invoice content whatsoever — only the fact that a page was loaded.
Your rights
Data protection law, including the UK and EU GDPR, gives you rights over personal data an organisation holds about you — to access it, correct it, delete it, or object to its use.
In this case those rights are satisfied by design rather than by request: we hold no personal data from the invoice generator, so there is nothing for us to give you, correct or delete. Everything the tool keeps is already in your hands, on your own device, and you can inspect or erase it yourself at any time using the controls listed in the table above.

You are responsible for your clients' data
An invoice normally contains another person's or business's name, address and sometimes their reference numbers, and your own payment details. Because that information stays on your device, you are the one looking after it. Keep your device locked, be careful about shared or public computers, and treat an exported backup file the way you would treat the invoices themselves — it contains the same information in plain text.
Children
This is a business tool and is not directed at children. No age information is collected, because no information is collected.
Changes to this notice
If the tool ever changes in a way that affects your data — for example if accounts or server-side saving were ever added — this notice will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
